Other than needing a longer hose, our stay was quite enjoyable and it was very well kept. We definitely recommend Costanoa KOA!

We like staying here. Just need to make the area where picnic table is on space 16 level. My sister fell getting up from the table because it's at a slope but other than that we had a great time.

Everything was nice except the bushes were so tall and space so narrow that we couldn’t pop out our slides. Oscar a great KOA worker came along and found us another spot. But in the new spot, out sewer and fresh water hose wouldn’t reach cause of fencing interfering with slide outs . We had to purchase $90 worth of hoses. I told them we had a 36 ft trailer and dual slides. Frustrating!!!

Beautiful location and the RV park was very well maintained. Loved the brick patio with firepit and barbecue. Loved the hiking trails associated with the KOA. Loved the amazing garden and the goats!!!! Everything was wonderful. We would like to come back on the week-end so we could enjoy the entertainment. The only downside is that it’s a very pricey KOA!

We love it there except we have no phone or internet connection at our trailer unless we walk over to the General Store. Just wish the internet signal was stronger.

Overall the camp is beautiful and well kept up, restaurant served deliciously prepared meals. However I was extremely disappointed in our site G18, to me it’s a stretch even calling it a site! No side yard only a little sparse gravel and the road! Sewer connections are uphill? That makes absolutely no sense at all!! The view is amazing but please give care to really make sight G18 as nice as oth

Love this KOA! Beautiful surroundings, great restaurant, across from beach. Great trails to walk on, little store that has everything, Pine Tent open on weekends had a great band named Static where we danced the night away�

Pros: Quite, Nice Restaurant. Cons: Pull through spaces not big rig friendly. Spaces to narrow, hard to run sewer hoses with location of hook ups and plants. Couldn’t use fire pit unless we pulled all the way forward to where we would walk out of our coach door to our neighbors sewer hook up ( fence broken/missing to hide neighbors hook ups) No wifi in our area so no steaming movies at night.

We had family come and stay in their RV and some stayed in a tent to celebrate my 80th birthday. It was great.

Little to no wifi or cell service if you are looking for a remote vacation. Property is well maintained with clean restrooms. Enjoyed the sauna and close proximity to campsite. Tent site is a bit of a weird location and a short distance from car park slots.

We loved every minute of our stay! Friendly and accommodating staff. Patsy, Jim, and Eric are the best! We hiked the trails, spent time at the Pine Tent, explored the garden, rode bikes, and met amazing people. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained. More glamping resort like than traditional camping. WIFI a challenge if you need it, cell service spotty with Verizon and very spotty with ATT. We were there to disconnect and be outdoors so it wasn't a problem for us. Bathhouses are beautiful and well maintained also. 2 Thumbs up!

We stayed in S20 with our 5th wheel and large truck. There was ample space, beautiful landscaping and great amenities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Spa is a must have amenity. Per wife, "It was heavenly and relaxing." Site is about a 20 min. full walk to the beach/10 to the path. Not far from Shark Fin Cove, Capitola, etc. Grounds has beautiful views of the beach/sunset. Very peaceful.

Got to bring my elderly parents and they fell in love with the camp. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the maintenance staff. Thank you for helping me create good memories.

We have been With our families in the past and came as a couple this time . The lady at check in was amazing and so Helpful! The place was immaculate! Every employee super friendly.

Everyone was nice . The only one was a security guard. We were unloading and right away came around and said we needed to move. We were all standing there with bags in are hand unloading. Did say hello or Hi just need to move the car. Then just drove away. It was kind of weird because usually everyone is very nice with a smile and ask how long you staying where you guys come in from . Great trip.

It was amazing, except the tent camp area is in a low, freezing cold, high wind pocket. It was amazing. When I walked to the comfort station the wind and old disappeared in seconds.

Although the setting of this camp ground is beautiful, the spaces are so skinny that there was only 6inches between our awning and our neighbor’s slide out. Our picnic table was within two feet of our neighbor’s sewer line. The other amenities that I’ve come to love about KOA is the reliable internet and friendly staff who will stop and chat. Neither of these is available at Santa Cruz North

It was a very nice visit at your campground. Very clear, friendly and the site is very comfortable equipped. The dinner in the restaurant was very good. The location of the campground is perfect for trips around and on Hwy No. 1.

We had a great stay for being the first time. The staff was friendly, and the facility was easy to navigate. We enjoyed being around nature as we were able to hike to the beach and take walks around the facility. The only set back was the Wi-Fi. The signal was weak and we were not able to check up on our surveillance system at home.

This is my happy place. Ground ate always meticulously maintained and the staff is on it! Everyone there from the grounds personnel to checkin to restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful and you are literally across the street from the ocean that you can see from everywhere! It's a little slice of heaven on earth! 🤗

Amazing stay. Wonderful smell and sounds of nature. Very close to the beach. Very clean and updated. Love it. Will definitely visit again.
